Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates:
We charge a flat shipping fee, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
All orders over $175 CAD (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect delivery estimates.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items.

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
